SASTM provides a membership benefit to its members in the form of continued professional development through the medium of the internet. Each month a new CPD activity in Travel Medicine is made available on www.ecpd.co.za and is available to SASTM members FREE OF CHARGE on the eCPD website. Each CPD activity consists of a set of learning objectives, a recommended learning source accessible through the Internet and an online assessment. Once you have completed a CPD activity successfully, you will be provided with a CPD certificate that can be downloaded immediately for safekeeping. For each CPD activity you complete you will earn 1 CEU point.
FOR 12 MONTHS THIS BENEFIT IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO NON-SASTM MEMBERS FREE OF CHARGE THROUGH AN EDUCATIONAL GRANT FROM NOVARTIS
HOW TO REGISTER
Go to www.ecpd.co.za and register. You will receive an e-mail telling you how the system works and your login details. Once your account is activated you can then go about completing the CPD activity.
eCPD is an accredited CPD provider approved by the Health Professions Council of South Africa
